b: To be able to deliver goods to you on our own transport.

c:  Via a 'Third Party' trusted courier or 'direct from the manufacturer'. Where delivery is 'direct from the manufacturer' or via a courier then as well as providing your delivery address to them we may need to provide them with your phone number and/or email address so that they can keep you updated via SMS Text/email as to the progress of your delivery. For fraud prevention purposes 'Card not present' and 'mail order' transactions also require the entry of your house number and postcode within the payment section of our 'card payment processing terminal'. All information is encrypted by the terminal, we do not store or write down such information. It is only taken from you via the telephone and typed  ( not written down ) into the card processing terminal at the point of entering the sale. To facilitate this service we use a 'stand alone card processing machine' , it is not connected to any in-store computer and uses either the broadband or mobile network for connection to the payment authorisng centre.

4) If required for warranty purposes, to send to the manufacturer of the product purchased by you.

5) CCTV:   In-store CCTV ( Closed Circuit Television ) is used thoughout the store for the porpose of theft prevention and staff/customer safety. Such CCTV records footage onto a memory card and/or a CCTV Recorder Hard Drive. The video footage is automatically recorded over after a period of weeks and not stored on any device unless an incident occurs where law enforcement requires to see the footage. In such a circumstance the footage is handed over to the Police or other relevent Law Enforcement Body and then beyond our control.
